At GWS we try to encourage a learning environment both for skill set and health and safety.
We are pro active in the development of our staff and regularly schedule progress meetings to make sure the lads targets and our expectations are aligned.
As well as their training off site, we are then very careful on selecting our pairs on site so that a younger roofer is always with a more experienced employee with an emphasis on quality rather than than speed.
