We’ve recently transformed this leaking asphalt roof into a weather tight, usable terrace.
The clients wanted to move out and use the property as a rental. The main goals were to;
1. Get the roof under a long term guarantee
2. Make the roof more aesthetically pleasing
3. Create a usable area to add a USP
Many emails and phone calls for a few months allowed us to create the bespoke specification that included;
1. A liquid overlay 20 year guarantee (10 insurance backed)
2. A wider access hatch and less steep ladder for easier access
3. Free standing safety guard rail
4. Promenade tiled area
5. Pyramid lantern skylight
The client took just 2 days to find a suitable tenant 👍🏻🏠
