Working directly opposite the world famous Harrods on a domestic property for our client Phil Hall at Plan Project Management.

Water ingress was reported during heavy rain beneath a bay roof.

The original cast iron pipe has become defective so it’s being carefully replaced with a lead pipe. All masonry will be retained and reinstated followed by a Sika Liquid Plastics coating, lead flashings and capping.

This busy one way street has a fairly constant stream of traffic and pedestrians but we are able to time our deliveries through our full time driver to limit the interaction with the passing public.
