For a while now (too long) we were trying to do everything by the book but we knew things were slipping through the net.
We sat down and drew up a list of responsibilities that we all accepted needed to improve.

- Training
- Near misses
- Accident reporting
- PPE
- External safety audits (2 per month)
I asked Dave to get a few pics but told him I appreciated if it was a bit ‘David Brent’ and didn’t want to.
I think it’s safe to say he’s settling in just fine
