As it’s such a small job do you need scaffolding?
This is a question we get asked very often and our answer never changes because…. neither do the consequences.
This was a job in Battersea where numerous repairs were necessary across two adjoining flat roofs.
We realise that quoting for a tower and handrail may sometimes mean that we will be more expensive than a competitor who is willing to access the roof via a ladder but the size of the job should never dictate the quality of the access.
The quality of the repairs meant that we were able to extend the lifespan of this particular roof considerably, avoiding the need for a complete renewal.
Through recommendation, this was the 6th property we have worked on along this particular street.
