These are two examples of roof terraces we’ve completed recently in Chelsea and Poplar respectively.
The decking in Chelsea we installed was a composite board on recycled plastic (non rott) bearer.
The promenade tiles laid on the common parts area in Poplar were GRC slabs laid on rubber pads.
Both jobs had to be made water tight prior to installation and were both equally as testing from an access point of view not only with privacy for residents but from a manual handling aspect for our staff also.
