A huge effort from one our teams last week meant we were able to complete this re-roof in time for our main contractor to get the scaffold dropped and allow them to progress the basement excavation.
Extra labour was added to ensure that the deadline was met and regular site visits were arranged.
Meeting deadlines is great but i’m always fearful that this is when mistakes can occur and quality also has the potential to suffer.
The Canadian Glendyne slate chosen looked beautiful at the sign off.
