We have just safely completed phase 1 of this roof replacement and adapted the scaffolding to release the rear pitched extension roof.

Before we were given the order, we were told that our scaffolding costs were high.

There was very little difference in the costs of our works but ‘how’ we approached them was more expensive (safer).

1. We had allowed for a partial strike so the works were in 2 (safe) phases

2. We had allowed for a hop up to (safely) reach the flaunching around the rear stack

3. We had allowed for (safety) guardrails in between the main roof chimney stacks.
