Good isn’t good enough….
This is a harsh reality to which we ask all of our staff to accept.
We were asked back to the very exclusive Cadogan Gardens Hotel this week after completing some roof replacements a couple of years ago.
Other roof areas are now in need of replacing but the rooms are always fully booked, day and night, 7 days a week.
We are in many situations like this where carrying out the works is almost of secondary importance to ‘how’ we do it.
Being a good roofer means nothing if the works cannot be carried out in a manor that’s discreet, well communicated and on schedule.
What other skills and traits do you need in your line of work that encourage a client to use you?
