This is a roof we’ve just replaced in North London.
There was no specification to price against, which can sometimes mean we lose out on jobs like this by ‘appearing’ more expensive than competitors.
In order to provide a guarantee, we needed to use different products for different parts of the roof which in turn requires different skill sets.
Concrete plain tiles.
Vented lead cheeks & welded gussets.
Torch on felt dormer top.
Render to the parapet.
